ABOUT CHEF ZACKS

"When asked which nationalities' cuisine is my specialty, I cannot settle on a single culture's dishes. The beauty of food is that we all need it, and the ritual of cooking has been passed down for as long as time. But how we cook, the technique is what I focus on. By utilizing cooking techniques from various places and cultures and applying them to local and seasonal ingredients, a new distinctly present cuisine is born."

Based in Cape Cod and the Greater Boston area since 2018, Chef Zacks has expertly planned and executed menus that introduce new dishes and concepts that push the boundaries of flavor and culinary creativity. What sets Chef Zacks apart is the detailed planning process and production of ideas in collaboration with the client. This approach to menu planning ensures there is not an element overlooked, and no detail too small. This process while meticulous, in turn, transforms these ideas into incredibly unique and enjoyable dining experiences. 

While a specialty, Chef Zack does not only stick to fine dining. Chef Zacks offers barbecues, cooking classes, and traveling private chef services.
